The guest must prepay 30% of the total price within 72 hours for his reservation to be valid. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival. If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children & extra beds
Children of all ages are accepted. Children aged 3 years and above are charged as adults.

Additional guests
An additional guest is charged €15 per night.

General Rules

In case of departure of the customer earlier than the agreed departure, the customer is charged the total price of the reservation.
In the kitchen in the rooms, frying is not allowed, especially seafood and heavy meats. Respect the next customer.
Indoor smoking is not allowed.
Respect other tenants and quiet times.
External guests are not allowed on the property.
The rooms can not accommodate more people than what is mentioned in each room category, this applies to all cases, whether it is an adult or a child. Exceptions are babies who will use a crib. Be careful because there will be no check in in case of additional people who will not be mentioned in the reservation.
The furniture is not allowed to move from its place.
The extra person is charged with 10 euros per night, but be specific about the number of guests because there is no possibility of placing an extra bed in the rooms.
Have the necessary documents on your arrival (identity card, passport,) as well as the people who accompany you with their details.
Payment of your stay is suggested to be made on arrival.

Please note that the discounted above Non Refundable rate must be prepaid in full and there is no refund possibility in case of cancellation/modification, while the Standard rate needs as a deposit the 50% of the total amount and may be canceled for free up to 14 days prior to arrival.
